Here we go again.....
So, trying to lose weight once and for all. However, I seem to be allergic to most fresh fruits and vegetables, and have a rough work schedule as well (add in kids to that factor). Does anyone have any tips on how to make this journey successfull and final??

maybe you're allergic to pesticides
Have you tried organic?
If you are allergic to most fresh fruits and vegetables but NOT canned or frozen ones, maybe you just need to triple wash the fresh ones.

Find what you can eat healthy and stick to that
Get your kids on board with you. Watch Fast Food Nation, Supersize Me, other documentaries about the crap in food.

Looks a labels, make it a game, see what products you can eat that has the least amount of ingredients.

Plan, Plan, Plan - with a work schedule and kids 10 minutes of planning will save you hours each day.

-Always have healthy snacks and a full water bottle at your desk / work area.
-Take part of your lunch to walk or exercise
-Use your breaks to walk, stretch, exercise
-Physically Play with your kids
-Cut back on TV time (if you watch alot of TV)
-Make menu plans and have the kids help you stick to it

Best of luck in your journey and lifestyle changes. I know it's tough, but YOU CAN DO IT!
