I lost a great deal of weight using Fitday as well. While I miss Fitday's detailed nutrient analysis, I like this system better. It allows me to add my recipes easily so that my husband can just enter what i cooked into his account.
I also agree that one should do one's best to stay positive and find ways to make healthy food a sensual delight and exercise fun. For me once it becomes unpleasant I have a hard time continuing, so I strive to keep things enjoyable for myself.

Hold Up
oh boy i so know how you feel im 5'2" and i dont really weigh alot its just that im short so i look bigger than i really am. way unfair! lol but im new to this and i really need a buddy so if ur interested then you know where to find me :) i can give you some really good tips on how to build up your core muscles.

Are you new to this site? Do you know where you are supposed to post for buddies? I have no clue. Do I add you as a friend? Do we do that thing that is both titillating and creepy, Watch?
Over calories yet again for today, but I got a very good weightlifting workout done, spinning yesterday and spinning again tomorrow.

Sorry to hear about the ankle
I was up at 5:30 am with stomach cramps, went to work for about 2 hours, then worked from home. I didn't go to the gym and spin. Don't know if my upper abs are sore from the gym yesterday, or are sore from cramping today.
I'm banking on stomach things only lasting 24 hours, hopefully I can do something tomorrow. It might just be an incline hike on the treadmill.
It's snowing and cold out here in Denver.

Need a little help
Ok i am in the army and pretty fit already but i have not been able to get rid of love handles. Abs are good but i want to lose the love handles bad. I also want to put on muscle weight. So i guess im looking for somebody who can help me with with a workout program, and maybe a diet idea.

RUSSIAN AIR FORCE DIET AKA METABOLISM DIET
IM STARTING THIS EXTREMLY LOW CALORIE DIET ON CONSUMING 500-530 CALORIES A DAY DOES ANYBODY THINK IT WILL BE EFFECTIVE?

iM SO HERe
Im 18 and i have always been the pretty "fat" girl. the girl that if wasnt so fat maybe somebody would date me. It has been a lifelong habit of finding comfort in food but im trying to get out of it. Im starting an extreme low calorie diet. I really hope it works but some support would be great.
