Hit 60 but can't lose weight
not sure what has happened but having hit 60 i can't seem to lose an ounce - put on 14 lbs over the last year and could swear that if i didn't eat a calorie a day I would still not lose anything! HELP !!!

Protein, calories and strength
Make sure you are eating enough protein. Also make sure you are eating enough of the right foods and getting enough calories based on your activity level. Do you incorporate strength training into your workout routine? It's a long journey that never ends, just keep at it. I' 61 and in better shape than 31.
I am going to try a new program, want to blast more body fat, that is simple and I'll let you know how it works out.

Eating well in UK?
Haven't been over in years, but used to go frequently to visit family. I recall most of the foods were fried, or pies and meats, the salads were atrocious and the pizza was more like cornbread with tomatoes and anchovies, it was a real experience. Afternoon tea always lent itself to scones with tons of clotted cream and jam. Breakfast was eggs, tomato, beans and toast with a banger or two. But not everyday.

ummm - I think it's been a very long time since you last visited the UK! - not being rude but this sounds like our visit to Florida 15 years ago! Hope everyone has changed since then!

60 feeling frantic
58 and finally losing thanks to my daughter for showing me that it s possible start by eating and breaking it down to protein carbs and fat in each meal and in snack time so 5-6 meals 3 main and 3 snacks it works I have lost 10 pounds in three months and lost a total of 20+ INCHES
