How Do You Measure your Fitness Progress/Success?
I measure my Body Fat % (looking for decrease)
I track my daily steps (daily pedometer average minimum=10,000)
I monitor my weight (secondary to body fat)
I evaluate my dumbbell reps/weights for consistent improvement
I track my nutrition macro nutrients for optimal ratios
I match my calorie intake with my BMR and TDEE for proper deficits and surpluses.

Thinking of more... (? hmmm...)
