How do you cope with temptations this holiday season?
I plan to keep a lot of gum in my pocket so I don't overdo it on the desserts!!

Veggies/Fruit
I focus on eating as many fruits and veggies as I can and drinking as much water as I can as well. Snack all day, but make it veggies.
For the meal, if you fill your plate with fresh greens and then sit down, you are much less likely to get back up to fill it with mashed potatoes or something else fattening.
