How to increase my results.
I've been consistently exercising for 6 weeks and I have lost 8lbs, which is great. I feel like the weight has stopped coming off? I do cardio 4 times a week and strength training about 3 times a week and I eat anywhere between 1250- 1350 calories per day.Am I doing something wrong?

Three things
1) Lift more weight and change up what you are doing every 4-6 weeks. Don't even bother with machines (they isolate one part of the body so you're not working as hard and don't burn as many calories, plus you have you adjust your body to the machine vs adjusting the exercise to the best form for your body - which is a recipe for bad form and injuries), stick to dumbells and barbells and bodyweight resistance work.
2) Do your cardio off of machines, you'll burn a ton more calories and your body work adjust to it as quickly as machines (adjust = burn less calories). Interval work is best - think old school boot camp type stuff, jumping jacks, crab walk, 5-pt drill, etc. I like this one http://figureathlete.tmuscle.com/article/training/get_off_the_treadmill_and_get_metabolic&cr=
3) Eat more, more often, and eat clean. Ditch sodas and juices, ditch anything processed, ditch anything with sugar added. Eat more frequently - every 2-3 hours is ideal. Metabolism goes up every time you eat. Try to get 20-30% of your calories from protein.
You don't have to do them all at once, but if you start making changes to get there you'll get off your plateau.

Presently a huge part of club have playing conditions that are no really astounding, and a piece of the time clearly better than in the proposed betting club. The fundamental club I can survey is. I played there for an essential long time, and there was never a case that I was by one way or another swindled. If all else fails, over https://www.signalindustries.ca/ Vulkan Vegas casino the long haul, you can remain working at an advantage in the event that you approach the games cautiously.
