Hypothyroidism and weight issues
I have Hypothyroid issues and am on medication. I have tried counting calories with no success at losing any of the 50 pounds that I have put on. I have no idea where to begin and how to lose weight. I was wondering if there is anyone else with this issue who has figured out how to lose weight with Hypothyroid issues?

Hypothyroidism is one of the diseases that are affected by many people nowadays. The food habits is a major reason that cbd products leads to this problem. Junk food causes lots of problems for people and I think this is one among that. Looking here for more updates.
