INSOMINIAC!!What helps curb late night hunger pangs?
My body is on a really bad sleep schedule and I am trying to regulate it, but it is still very difficult. I lay awake at night till 2 or 3am sometimes trying to fall asleep. I have dinner at 6 or 7pm sometimes earlier, so by 3am ( 7-8hrs later) I am absolutly starving and the hunger pangs help keep me awake. I broke down last night and ate 1/4 cup of mixed nuts and then felt bad for it. I dont want to sabatoge all the hard work during the day with these late night breakdowns. Does anyone know of any appetite curbing tips that help for a situation like this? Tried hot tea but that didnt really do the trick, need some good advice!!!

Same here!
I have the same cravings, and the same insomnia!

One thing that's 'saved me', is on my workout days, I'll have a protein shake (flavoured vanilla whey and skim milk) after the workout. I typically workout after dinner, so this lifesaving (lol) delicious drink helps curb my appetite ...most times.

On days that I don't workout, I'm STARVING late at night! So, if you end up find a solution, I'm all ears!

Toothpaste?!?
This may sound weird but I heard that if you brush your teeth when you are feeling hungry that could help trigger your mind to think that you ate something since it changes your taste buds... Maybe worth a shot.....
