IN A HURRY
I NEED TO DROP 20LBS IN 30 DAYS, ANY ADVICE.. IM 6 FT TALL, 225 LBS, I BURN 300- 500 CALORIES DAILY IN THE GYM.

There is only one way
You'll have to cut your caloric intake down and burn more calories. Be safe about it though. Eat more fruits and vegetables and less fat.
if it were easy, we'd all be doing it!

Im not sure why you need to drop the weight in a month, but be safe.

That a lot of weight in a month are you in a bodybuilding contest. Protein shakes and live on your stationary bike when your not training. Eat your big meal in the morning then you have to coast. You will have to go low on your calories I won't post but if your bodybuilding you know. Good luck drink lots of water.

You will probably end up burning muscle instead of fat in the attempt to lose weight that quickly.
