Take your time... Look around and be amazed!
You are going to love it. There are so many features, I suggest just going through it link by link and looking at it all. ONce you get the hang of it, you can start going to the daily links like "Diet tracker" (FOOD INPUT) and Workout Tracker (Exercise input)...
Again, just take your time and look around first. I had to for sure, but now I am stoked about every single little link and function!
