I love the "My Progress" tab...Do you?
The "My progress" tab within the HOME tab is my motivator some days! I love to view the area that shows "calories burned" minus the "calories eaten" area. Hopefully the "lbs lost" is correct....

progress tab
I am new here and still trying to find my way. I hadn't been keeping up with the progress tab but you have motivated me.
I do have a problem through entering my foods. It seems to take to long. Any helpful hints.

Search for Foods first
It is time consuming entering foods but it's rare that I don't find one that's not already on here so make sure you do a thorough search before spending a lot of time entering your own.

The "My Progress" feature is really great!! It seems to be pretty accurate for me on the lbs gained and lost as well :)
