Ideas needed - Post-Workout snack
While it’s important to eat protein and carbs after a workout to help muscle recovery… I’m becoming tired of the the same ol’ PB on wheat and I’m looking for some suggestions.. What’s your favorite post-workout snack?

That's a good idea.. I love chocolate milk but so do my kids and let me tell you, it doesn't last long in the house!! LOL

well lets seee
not sure if yer at the gym or home.. but i do my fruit smoothies fresh fruit & soy protein. o.j & plain yougurt & home made granola..
