I'm a Muncher
Help---I'm a muncher and eat small meals/snacks numerous times of the day. I get tired of entering food on diet tracker bc of this....it's taking up lots of time. I'm 5' 2" and weigh 123. Weighed 112 4ever until I bcame a caregiver for my hubby b c of a brain injury. Want to lose to 115 and keep it off.. Any suggestions for making tracking these small meals/snacks less teadious?

Help tracking food
I woud like to suggest that you save the foods/meals to your "favorites". If you're like most people you tend to eat the same things, if this is true saving the foods you eat most often is a HUGE time saver:)

I feel ya we all need water so insted of a small glass try a large insulated one that can be kept close by and sipping when the need comes or just befor
