I'm so tired
I've been eating around 1000 to 1200 calories but have been trying to work out very hard. I've been burning somewhere between 500 to 900 calories at least 5 days a week. I"ve lost around 9 lbs but don't know how much longer I can keep this up. I want to lose at least 10 to 15 more pounds. On days I have a bigger workout I get too tired to function afterwards. Exercise does not give me energy like most. I'm drinking at least four bottled waters a day and barely any bad food. I get around 7 1/2 hours of sleep a night but feel so tired that I can barely go on.
Am I doing something wrong?

YOU CAN DO IT!!!
We are all here to encourage each other! I am only on my second week of my work out and i feel the same way...I have been drinking Green tea everyday (unsweeted) i just boil me some water and brew the tea...I feel that is makes a difference in how I feel. I am super sore today, but i am trying to stay focused!!!!
You can do it! keep up your work outs and you wont regret it!!!

Eat More
if you really are burning anywhere near 500-900 calories in a day, you should be taking in much more than 1200 calories. taking in 300-700 net calories a day is not healthy. you need to be concentrating on what kinds of foods you are putting into your body rather than stressing over the total calories. focus on getting low-fat proteins and complex carbohydrates into your body and make sure you're getting plenty of vitamin B and D.

Agree, eat more
I agree, think you need to eat a lot more. I have no idea what your weight and body fat % are and what your metabolism is like, but you and I are the same age, both women, and we're working out about the same amount/intensity from what you wrote. I am eating 6 meals a day ranging from 1700-2600 calories a day (90% clean eating - vegetarian and no wheat products or processed foods...that's a LOT of food). I have lost 5 pounds and 4 basis points of body fat (4%) in the past 2 weeks eating like this. You can actually eat more and lose weight/fat.
Right now besides being exhausted you are probably burning muscle off faster than you're putting it on - your body won't burn fat unless it's getting enough calories...if you're not eating enough it'll burn fat and muscle. It's not your weight that really matters to be healthy and look good, it's your body fat...as you train you'll gain both muscle and bone density, which increases your weight. If you're burning fat too your weight could decrease or stay the same, or may even increase slightly. The way your jeans fit will let you know if you are getting leaner even if the scale doesn't change.

Going to graduate school was a positive decision for me. I enjoyed the coursework, the presentations, the fellow students, and the professors. And since my company reimbursed 100% of the tuition, the only cost that I had to pay on my own was for books and supplies. Otherwise, I received a free master’s degree. All that I had to invest was my time. Pyjama Bosses

It should be noted that whilst ordering papers for sale at paper writing service, you can get unkind attitude. In case you feel that the bureau is trying to cheat you, don't buy term paper from it. Lurralife
