Is rearranging furnitur considere a form of exercise? LOL
Seems as though I rearrange my den furniture every 3 months...and I do it all by myself---pushing, shoving, cussing! Seems like when i have a different setup in my den it makes me feel like a new person. There has got to be some calories burned with all the huffing and puffing that I do!

Yes!
I change my house around constantly. Believe it or not in the workout tracker they have choices like gardening, and housework, moving furniture is good workout. I never sweat the way I do when I go on a cleaning/re-arranging high!

I call it "Nesting"
I do this at the least convenient times, like bed time. And I sweat. Its a workout, I usually do it in spurts with rest in between planning my next move.
