Is there a difference on weekends and work days?
Are you better on we's or workdays?
Food and / or exercise routine.
What do you do to help the days that are more difficult?

Weekends and Work Days
When I'm working I eat clean because I pack a lunch. But my training is better on weekends. When I'm having one of those days and I don't feel like training. I make my self a chai tea grab my ipod sit and listen to music. It takes about 15 minuts and away I go. I have a home gym and love it, so when I'm ready I walk downstairs.

Difference
Ithink there is, I mean who wants to do anything for that matter on the weekends, specially when you been busting your hump all week long. But if you want results you need to stick to the plan at hand! Thats the only way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weekends Harder
Getting workouts in and eating right is easier for me during the work week because I have a routine and can stay focused. Too many social events and dining out opportunities on the weekends make them harder both diet wise and time wise for me.
