Jack3d vs N.O. Xplode
I've taken both Jack3d and NO explode and found them usefull for different things. If my exercise is going to be less than 2 hrs I'll take Jack3d because I hulk out in no time but always feel a crash at my 1.5 hr point. If I'm doing endurance I'll take NO explode because I definately feel a faster recovery for longer but never get that hyped up feeling. Does anybody have any input about which is better?

Hey Josh! I would think if you're crashing and/or feeling hyped up on the Jack3d, then you shouldn't be taking it. Is there ephedrine in it, or just large amounts of caffiene and taurine that are giving you that buzz? A friend and fellow firefighter literally flatlined at work one day and lucky enough he's in a station with an ambulance bay. They had to shock him to get him out of A fib. Very fit, ironman competitor making a switch to body building. He unfortunately had been taking ephedrine and other fat burners. He is now off of all of it, as ephedrine (especially, but others as well) can send the heart into a fake Afib which can cause it to basically quiver or stop.
Be careful what you take. I have heard good things about the Nitric Oxide, since the body produces it anyway. Just be cautious how much you take. I'm currently looking into this as well. I haven't made up my mind, I don't like taking things that aren't vitamins. lol
If you're looking for recovery, you could try something like IP6! :)

People, let me in on a standard casino, and it is head for me that there is a flexible new development. I several minutes back and a brief timeframe later sort out some improvement for playing https://www.gameopolis.ca/ Free Casino Games at home, yet during the day I have spare energy enterprisingly. The casino site has not changed for a surprisingly long time, yet where the games are.
