How can I keep notes or a journal (that I can make private or share) to keep track of any eating or other nutrition items, etc.

I would like to bring my friend in for weight loss but he thinks the site is
(1) complicated
(2) not on his blackberry/iphone

I agree with (1). The site can be complicated because food is not his issue as much as tracking his workouts. His daytime schedule is really crazy and he just wants to keep track of what he eats by typing it in. He is not going to track every food input. However, he will probably detail his workouts more than I will. I am tracking food with one friend (who lives several states away) and tracking workouts with another friend who lives down the street.

As far as (2), I have a Treo and this would be helpful for me as well depending on how busy I am. Also, this is where the journal comes in handy, just because sometimes I use the meal planner as a guideline, and do not necessarily have the time/ability to follow it exactly. I still NEED to keep track of what I eat. Do you have an ETA on the mobile access for FitClick?

p.s. I still love the site! I was using Gyminee (which is faster and has a journal), but find that the meal planning is a big deal for me. Also, I think FitClick has better workout monitoring.

user journals/blogs should be added in 2-4 weeks -- will allow for private and public postings

iPhone app is a little down the road though - we certainly will be doing it but i can't offer a time frame right now.
