Just Joined FitClick
Hey Everbody! I just joined FitClick and was wondering if there is any advice anyone could give me. I recently was on the HCG diet and just got off a few days ago. I lost ten pounds from that, but I would like to lose 27 more pounds by January. If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it :)

Welcome this site will help you accomplish your goals. Weight training is no longer an exclusive activity for bodybuilders and athletes. Today, weight training is a practical means for people of all ages and both sexes to stay fit and strong. The benifits from weight training include increased strength, improved body image, stronger bones, faster metabolism, and increased self confidence. As Matt says, there are lots of great tools here. You won't find many crash diet suggestions here though. This site is focussed on long term healthy living and fitness, not crash diets that cause yo yo weight loss, weight gain. Unless you are morbidly obese, 27 pounds in 7 weeks would probably not be a healthy goal. Good luck to you.

need more motivation?
This site is great but it still takes the motivation of YOU the individual. Ive found this site with the service of www.helpmeeat.org is a great way to stay on track.

drink lots of water
i found that if you drink more water and eat fresh brocoli and carrots is very good for you i lost 4 1/2 pounds in two weeks buy ating fresh veggies for my lunch and drinking a full glass of water before each meal the water will fill you up so you wont eat as much but good luck
