Coffee-and endurance
I personally LOVE coffee-strong and hot! I just looked this up, and was amazed to find out it can help with endurance-I guess that is why the Olympic committees put limits on caffeine in athletes. 75% of all people get their caffeine from coffee, but I suppose there are plenty of other viable sources, however, most have too much sugar. Here's the link if anyone is interested. http://www.mamashealth.com/exercise/caf.asp

Why?
Do you know what about the coffee or caffeine aids in the burning of fat cells?

coffee
I'm not a coffee drinker, never liked it. I always feel like I am in the minority. By the replies to this post it looks like I am not alone :)
