LOW CARB!!!
Low carbing is alot better for me it works to were i dont have to stop eating meat and cheese!! so i just wanted feed back on if this diet work for yall to. thank for any feed back!!

Make sure you get carbs and fiber in your veggies and fruit and eat good fats.

I avoid carbs in the forms of added sugars and starches ... especially the processed versions. I also avoid wheat if possible.
