Last 2 Pounds
need some advise as to how to lose the 2 pounds gained through December. I eat healthy and exercise 3-4 times week - primarily elliptical and running.
Feedback/suggestions much appreciated.

Have you tried increasing the intensity of your cardio workouts? Do your runs normally stay within the same heart-rate and distance? If so, then try switching up your running routine. If you are running four times a week, then try extending your fourth/last run of the week by making it two or three times longer than your normal runs. Or if you'd like, try to incorporate some high intensity interval runs/sprints as opposed to running at a constant pace. Are you running outdoors or on a treadmill?
