Looking for a fitclick friend
Hello! My name is Angie and i'm 28 years old. I have struggled with my weight for quite some time. I have failed at many diets due to my lack of self control ( eating ) and motivation. I am ready to buckle down and get healthy and lose this weight. At the present time i 5' 7" and 228 lbs. I would like to get down to 160 lbs. I am looking for a friend and someone to be supportive during this journey as I will do for them! So message me if your interested :)

The Journey
Hello Angela, I think most of us can relate to the battle with food and motivation. I am 32 years old @ 151 pounds and I have found loosing weight after your 30s is soo hard. I have a 21 month old daughter and its so hard. What I have found that pushes me to go outdoors and get some exercise done is my Boxer Dog. I was never a dog lover but when I was pregnant I had an impulse to buy a dog and it was the most rewarding decision I ever made. I love my dog, he is a great jogging partner and does not complain. He is just happy to go out doors. This pushes me to stay active. I am not sure if u like animals or if you have the place that alowes you to have one but if you do consider dogs are great exercise partners. I am sure you will find some motivation to just start going... Good luck...

I know exactly how you feel...
Hi there, I am brand new and ready to get started...I am 25 and have over 100 pounds to lose too. I am active and have no problems staying that way...but my self control when it comes to food sucks lol. I would love to find a buddy for moral support. Keep the motivation up!

I need to this!
I am a bit disappointed because last year I was about 13 pounds thinner. I was exercising and watching what I ate. I have to start all over again, because I am not happy with myself. I find it difficult.
I want to do this! I am 51 years old. I need to this for health reasons as well as I want to look good. As you get older, it's harder to lose.
Is anyone out there with me and know what I mean. I love chocolate and potato chips. I decided to eliminate these food all together. People talk about moderation and portion size control. But for me I can not eat just a piece of chocolate I have to eat the whole thing.
I want to be consistent and not fall off track. I need to this!
