Looking for a fitness mentor
Hi all,
I have lost my motivation and I really need someone to bring me back on tracks with good hints and advices.

I'm getting older (31 in 2 months) and need to get in shape. Im looking forward to define my muscles, get firmer and lose 10 pounds.

Any volunteers?!

Maybe I can help....
I'm Amy. Maybe I can help, but first 31 is not old!! I just started competing last year and I'm 33. What is it you need help with? Are you currently exercising? What are your eating habits like? What and when do you eat? 85% of loosing weight is what you do or do not put in your mouth.... your diet. In my vocabulary diet means your nutritional plan not some crazy program putting in too much of something and taking away food you like to eat and need.
Tell me a little about yourself and maybe I can help.
I have struggled with weight since I was in jr high. I yo-yoed so much it's no wonder I'm not still dizzy. It really comes down to making a commitment to yourself and your responsibility to your self to take good care of your body. To be healthy. Yes we all want to look good in a bikini for the summertime, but it is a lot more to it than vanity. Well it should be.
I am a personal trainer and I try to get this across to my clients on our very first meeting.
So if I can be your inspiration for perspiration please let me know.
