Love my pork!
Always eat pork fully cooked... Once we went to a high end restaurant and ordered their pork chops and they asked us how we wanted them cooked!!!! I want mine fully cooked.. Not medium, or medium rare. Don't you think so?

Yup Well Done-avoid trichanosis!
Yeah, I don't think anyone should be requesting "medium" pork chops! I guess, unless they are slaughtering their own.? I believe that is why they mostly smoke and slow roast it down here in the Carolina's. Cooking pork nice and slow insures tenderness, and NO illness!

I'm a grill king lol so I do know my meat temperture some like pork med. 150 degrees and well is 170 degrees. Poultry is well only 170 degrees. Beel, Lamb, or Veal, rare is 130, med. is 145, well is 160 degree.

I order mine medium. I am usually eating 1 inch thick boneless pork chops. I look at it like eating a steak. Who would over cook filet mignon? It is not bloody, just juicy.
