MEDICINE BALL VS. KETTLE BELL
Which is more functional a medicine ball or a kettle bell for at home toning workouts? Also, I need advise on choosing the correct weight. The 10 pound is too heavy to perform exercises properly, but a five pound ball is too light.

Depends...
On what you are doing. B/c a kettle bell has a handle, it is much easier to use for one-arm exercises, but for adding weight to ab work, the medicine ball is generally easier to manipulate. Kettle bells go up to a much higher range in weight - so if you are looking to build muscle with things like squats and snatches you'll need the kettles to add enough weight to see a difference. I think the most I've seen for medicine balls is 15 lbs. You can find them in 1 lb increments between 5 and 12 lbs.

Good
Levitra es un medio excelente para combatir la disfunción eréctil. Una tableta es suficiente para resolver la mayoría de sus problemas. Compre este medicamento aquí aquí mucho más barato que en una farmacia regular. Estoy seguro de que te gustará.
