Meal Replacements
Does anyone know of a good yet cheap protein bars? After changing my diet and working out with Turbo Fire I see that I won't have enough calories in my day to do anything beneficial. Thanks for the help in advance.

Instead of a protein bar because there is alot of junk. All you will do is spike with the bar. Have a smoothie with frozen fruit, V8 vegetable & fruit juice, flaxseed, and a scoop of protein mix . Much better calories and it will be beneficial to your training.

I agree with freakfreeloader as well! For convenience I do get the ThinkThin high protein bars. 20 grams of protein, no sugar, 230 calories.

GNC Total Lean Vanilla
These are ready-to-drink (premixed) and very low carb. 6 g carbs, 6 g fat, 25 g protein, 170 calories, and the vanilla is delicious.
