What would donnaism do?
What would tell me if you really wanted to encourage me and help me over the hump your climbing now? It's funny(strange) how we can do for others what we can't or won't do for ourselves.

when you start a weight loss plan put your goals and motivations on paper , taking a cpl of day off will not break you .. look at your goals and your motivation will be there weather it is kids live heart attack or just a reason to kick your self in the ass all the motivation you need is the reason why you started in the first place .. people quit due to the thought of failing saying they cant do it .. you can do it and you will if you want it bad enough just remember i can i will and i have my own reason to succeed pt signing off you are number 1 always remember that with out you where would your dreams be

hang in there
i have been a pt for 7 years now but got out of it for a wile as i was sick of watching other personal trainers break people to the point where the client forgot what they were doing it for in the first place it was all the pt's goal not yours now im back and pissed lol someone pushing you will not help support is a great help but only to remind you of what you are there for in the first place .. i was 145 kg at 6ft i watched my mother die from being over weight and i would not lets my kids see that from me now 82kg for the last 7 years , never have i pushed just reminded you can do it hun but remember never push your self to the point of no return you know what works for you and stay true to your self keep the fruit and veg up stay away from carbs dont do fab diets lots of water .. if you only have 5-10 mins in a day spare grab a skipping rope .. not only will you have fun doing it you might get a smile on your face thinking back how you did this as a child .. pt out
