Muscle Confusion?
Do the workout plans change up every three weeks for muscle confusion? I have fount this to be very beneficial not only physically, but also keeps me interested in my workout programs. I just started, and have not reached the 3 week stage, so just curious.

Apparently the admin of FitClick don't like to repond to messages
Just wondering why it has been over 20 days since I posted this message, and no response.

workout variations depend upon the workout you've selected. the "select" track does vary prescribed exercises over time, but not until the 8-12 week mark.

fitclick and user workouts do not change exercises over time. since they are created by users and not by software (like select track) we'd have to guess the variation which would defeat the purpose of giving users control over shared workouts. the intension is for users to create cycle variations or for workout users to change routine at any time.

you're right, users should vary workouts regularly, although there's no consensus on when that should happen. we've had great success for beginners looking to build strength by having them stay on the routine for extend periods (3-4 months or so) which is why the select track doesn't change until reaching that mark. within reason, it's really up to the user -- but changing to a new workout is a good idea.
