There are some really good Country tunes unless. . .
you don't like Country music?
I will suggest-

Go With Me-Josh Turner
Free & Easy-Dierks Bentley
Time is Love-Josh Turner
Happy Girl-Martina McBride.

I am a music junkie-love all genres...I have more if you need some suggestions.

I love the second batch Cutcarb very upbeat. I love any music but the more upbeat and peppy the better. I have music on 24-7 so stay moving. If I hear a get down and boogie song I am always dancing no matter where Im at!!! Thanks so much love them

grove and lose cd
I made this awesome cd for myself and have given out several copies. I call it my grove and lose. Warm up " Feeling Inside" by Mary J Blige, then steady into " You Da One" by Rihanna, speed up with " Good Feeling" by Flo Rida, steady back into "Out Of My Head" by Lupe Fiasco speed up again with "Part of Me" by Katy Perry steady back with " Feel So Close" by Calvin Harris speeds up again with "Runaway Baby" by Bruno Mars, then cool down to " Show Me Everything" by Frederick. It's about 32 minute cd. Let's groove and lose!!!

I like yoga more now, so I almost stopped listening to fast music. I like to put on a record of old jazz or blues and practice. My new music technique gives a great sound (you can see an example right here). Acoustics in my music lounge creates a special mood for me to exercise)
