NEED A FRIEND & MOTIVATION!!!
Hey I feel what you are saying, sick of being over weight.
I don't know if the conversion is right but at the moment i weigh 83kg which by google is 182 lbs?
I used to weigh 110 kg (242 lb) in January 2008 due to having my first son (Travis) in 2005, weighed 84kg (185 lb) by march 09 and fell pregnant in April 09. I gave birth to my 2nd son (Logan) on January 8th 2010 and have promised not to let myself go again!
I currently weigh 83kg (182 lb) and want to get down to roughly 60kg
Would love sum 1 to talk to.
xx Kaila

You can talk to me!
They say, you have to crawl before you walk...right? Well I'm hitting the ground running! I have nothing to lose but these funky 10 lbs. in my belly, big thanks to my baby boy I had last year. lol. I love him to death but dang did he do a number on my stomach.

So now, I'm determined to lose this weight and this is how I'm going to do by March 29th...

* I reduced my calorie intake to 1200 per day
* I completely did away with all white bread, rice and pasta
* I'm taking Green Tea fat burners 3 pills a day
* I'm also taking Dexitrim (found in Walmart) 3 pills daily
* Plus, I'm taking the "Special K Challenge"
* And for exercise, I'm rotating "The Biggest Loser" Sculpting and Cardio DVDs 5 days a week

If all this doesn't work, it'll probably kill me. lol

Hope this info is helpful! Keep in touch...

i did the same thing weighed 120lbs had my first girl then was 140lbs had my 2nd girl then weighed 160lbs finally had my 3rd girl and weighed 180lbs. i waited for bout 8 months after and went to a gym went down to 150lb but soon found out it was to much for me not being around my kids so i stopped but i still try to do some at the house. i found out that if you put it in your mind that you are going to loose weight today and are determined to do then it will happen and you will reach your goal. Always here milkyway!

I'm here
I did the same thing only my kids are all teenagers now. My husband and I split up about 5 years ago and our house burnt down shortly before that. I was under so much stress that my thyroid went into overdrive and I lost about 45lbs(I was about 175lbs then). Then when thing got back to normal and my husband and I worked things out I put on about 65lbs(My highest was 218lbs Jan 3, 2010). I made up my mind that I needed to be healthy for myself and found this website. It has helped me alot. I started by calorie intake at about 1300 calories and went to a low carb, high protein diet. Then cut back to 1200 calories when I lost my first 20lbs. I take that 1 hour a day for me to work out and destress from the world. You have to do that! I do cardio for 1 hour 3 days a week along with crunches. The other two days I do 30 minutes of cardio and then strength training. Everyone has noticed and they compliment me on how I'm doing and ask me how I'm doing it, I tell to go to this website. Good luck!! If you ever need to talk, I'm here.
