Need Low Impact exercises for Bad Knee...
I have patella femoral disorder in my right knee and have been advised by an ortho surgeon not to run or walk at any length due to the stress it would cause on my knee. I do not have access to a pool which would be the best option adn cannot afford a gym membership or equipment. The only cardio that I do is a pedal exerciser and I need to get more cardio in than anything else. I do a lot of stretching/a little yoga.

Any ideas plz?!?!?! Trying to lose 70-80lbs

Low Impact
You could try biking, and swiss ball. Also get yourself some light dumbbells and do some exercise with them. Keep up the stretching and yoga that is so good for you. Keep going forword you can get the weight off.
