Need a buddy, maybe that has had an injury too?
I am 22 years old and when I was 15 I was in a car accident that broke my back in two places, caught my spinal cord between the two broken vertebrae, and had a lot of intestinal damage. I can't stand on my toes so can't run or walk long so a lot of exercises are difficult for me. I have never been fit or one to watch what I eat but am trying so hard now. I am mother of a 6 month old son, two dogs, keep a house clean daily, and take care of my diabetic significant other who does not eat like he should. I exercise almost every night now but with limited exercises because of my old injuries but am having trouble with the eating. I eat good a couple days then go back to my old eating habits a couple days. I guess Im just looking for someone to chat with at times check in on how each other is doing, maybe share recipes for healthy foods we've tried, etc. etc. so yep... that's me lol
