Need help Weight Watchers diet plan.
I have been following weight watchers since just after xmas - and successfully lost 10 lbs. In January I joined the gym and my workouts are 6 days a week (3 days 60 minute cardio-treadmill, elliptical, bike; 3 days 30 minute cardio - mostly treadmill intervals up to 5.4 mph and weight training doing 3 sets of 12-15 reps using 5-15 lbs upper and up to 75 lbs for legs). I also do 90 minutes of yoga 2 days a week and walk as much as possible.
Since working out - I have not lost any weight whatsoever. I have, however, lost 10 inches. Great! But, Weight Watchers insists on weekly weigh-ins. I am about to enter my 9th week of working out and no weight loss. I am 5'4, 154 lbs.
I eat my "activity points" - have increased my protein intake and eat a lot of vegetables (lots of color) on every plate.
I don't understand what more I can do to get that scale to move. Any suggestions?
I know the number shouldn't matter - but it does in Weight Watchers and I believe I should have lost weight by now. My activity level is high and my caloric intake is around 1500 cals.
ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

What I found out
So, I just started physical training and the trainer told me that the heartrate at which you burn the most fat (weightloss) is different that the heartrate for cardio. I am 6'4, 240 lbs, at 32 year old so I try to keep my heartrate around 120 for maximum weight loss. For cardio my heartrate would be around 142. Maybe you should talk invest in a cardio assesment at the local gym to learn your optimal heartrate for wightloss. It has helped me so maybe you will get the same result. Good luck.

You not doing anything wrong!
The changes you are seeing in your body are a reflection of gains in all the right ways. I did weight watchers for almost a year, I lost 30 lbs which was great but I found the only time I was losing weight was when I was strict to the the diet and cardio only.
Like you I incorporated weight training into my workout (althought I never achieved the cardio level you are talking about). When I did train on weights, althought my body diminsions were still changing I didn't lose weight.
I think when you are considering fitness you have a to look at the larger picture: energy level, strength, endurance, weight and body tone. Remember, weight watcher only measures one of these.

Weight Watchers
I too ran into the same problem with you on WW. I started WW and working w/ a personal trainer at the same time, but have always been a solid athlete (meaning, even when I was a size 6 at 5'5, I weighed in at 140 -- this was my peak performance when I was a college athlete and an USLA lifeguard). I switched from counting points to the WW alternate program which worked to some extent because I was able to eat more food and avoided the process food that I was eating just b/c they were low in points, but never really saw the weight loss on the scale that my peers were acheiving that weren't working out. While I gave up on WW (I decided to put more money toward the gym/trainer than to WW meetings), if you need accountability, use WW to make sure that you are not putting on weight. I had my trainer weigh me twice a month together with my measurements.
While WW is a great program, I do not think it accounts for building lean muscle and athletic people, but rather it is a program for inactive people that want to lose weight by merely cutting calories.
Keep up with the working out!! Size/heath means more than the number on the scale.

I have been trying different kind of diets, including Keto. I “keto” for 10 days, going from 49 kg to 47 kg. And I felt it’s enough for me that time and I stopped.
And I found out that Keto is not for everyone who wants to lose weight. There are some good and not - very good sides when it comes to Keto https://whatroseknows.com/keto-bodytone-review/
During that 10 days, I basically ate protein, fat, cheese and fiber. I ate whenever I feel hungry and the hunger came quite often cause I almost ate no carbs during that 10 days.
