Need help with a muscle building workout plan from the waist up
I'm 170lbs and 6'4, but im decently strong, I can bench 175lbs 1-2x. I'm pretty fit just need a plan to get big, I go to the gym but I do random exercises

Workout Plan
Get a trainer at your gym to develop a program. You don't need the trainer every time. Just have him or her make a program for you, have them run through the program with you two or three times and then just do it on your own. it will give you direction.
