Need motivation!
I have been doing Jenny Craig since October. I lost 15 lbs, but then I was sloppy with my diet for a coupkle of weeks around the holidays and I gained back 5 lbs. Now I am so bummed that I am finding it hard not to overindulge/ cheat. I can't seem to get back on my diet in a strict and controlled way. And the scale keeps creeping up!!! help!!!

Hello!
Most "diets" usually work only the first time around... after that, it seems hard to keep it going. I don't like the word Diet, I like Life style changes. Even when I get off track, when it comes down to buying groceries everything has become second nature to buy the healthier version of everything. I love cream cheese... but I hate fat free cream cheese, so I discovered that I really like weight watchers cream cheese. Try looking around the grocery store and experiment with substitutions of your fav foods. And don't forget... eating MORE during the day, is actually really good for you! Try eatting every 3-4 hours. P.S. IF you always restrict yourself of foods that you want... you will almost always overindulge. Enjoy a piece of cake every now and then... Just have it in moderation!
