Need motivation NOW!!
im 15 years old and lacking motivation! im 225 pounds... WAY over weight!! I've lost 3 pounds so far since i started my diet, but I'm having a hard time getting up to exercise! in the morning I turn my alarm off and go back to sleep until my phone alarm wakes me up :/ any suggestions on how to fix that? when's the best time to exercise? is it okay for me to eat the school's lunch? i really need your help and motivation!! please and thank you!

Motivation
I hope you have been able to find motivation. This is an area I struggle with also. I am not a morning person, but a friend of mine recommended pinching your belly fat when your alarm goes off to motivate yourself to get out of bed and go workout. Good luck!

you can do it
I have a hard time with motivation my self.
buy yourself a new pair of sneakers and put them by your bed side with a new exercise top and bottom, when the alarm goes off, look at them and go for a morning walk!
If youre not a morning person, do your exercises in the evening, theres no set time to exercise, instead of taking the bus back home after school, walk, (if possible) then move it to a quick pace walk, then move it up to spurts of jogging and so on.
fnd yourself a partner to help you hold yourself accountable.
at home while watching T.V. lie on the floor and do some exercises.
DONT and I repeat DONT starve yourself, eat 6 times a day, but wholesome good food, you wont have hunger pans and eat everything in sight. Cut up carrots, celery, pepper, apple, a hand full of almonds, hard boiled egg etc... EAT its very important.
YOU CAN DO IT.
