Need some information/advice, please.
I see so many different types of diets listed, I do not know what is best for me. What would a "no carb" diet, liquid diet, diet pills and so on accomplish compared to just watching you calories? I always thought it did not matter what you ate as long as you stayed within the calorie range to lose weight and excercised. Also, I am older and there is no way I could start both aerobic and anaerobic excercise. I think I need to work up to that level. Currently, I walk anywhere from 2-3 miles a day, not just on a flat surface, but up and down hills. Any advice for someone my age would be appreciated. Thank you.
