New Years Resolution Email Got Me!
Well, My New years plan is to start all over! I tried losing weight in the beginning of 06, then had cervical cancer ad a radical histerctomy, so that was a complete set back. I just got my free and clear from the Oncology Dr last week, but the damage was done. I had completely laxed on my exercise and eating healthy, just happy to be alive and now back at 205. :( I woke up this morning before anyone in the house, jumped on the compuer and the first email was the new Years Resolution 2012 from FitClick! I now have already entered my breakfast and am looking for easy meals that my other half, 12year old daughter, and I would like. We all have different tastes, so it's very hard. It's easy to take care of myself and my own meal, but then I feel it slipping away when I try to add them into the mix. My daughter would benefit from the weight loss too, so it's not just a New Years Resolution for me, but for her too. She is 12 and weighs, well more than a 12 year old should. Ok, so there you go. My plan is to start over------AGAIN! Any support is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your support! My daughter and I wen to the local Jr High and jogged a mile. I have in the past couple weeks don i ithout stopping, but tonight I stopped to help her by walking about a 1/4 of a lap. She said her knee hurt, but I think it was too hard and it was her way of letting herself fail. I peptalked her way, jogging around the last lap and a half and we both finished in 14 minutes. We set a goal and will try to keep up with it. I have tracked all my eating today Good so far. Fat content seems to be a bit high, but not real bad. I will keep in touch!
