New and need help
Hi,
I am looking for some help in staying focused and on track. I start out each week real good and then end up throwing everything I did away. I do good on eating and doing my workout, but by wednesday I just lose that motivation and I skip the workout which leads me to snack. I need someone advice and help staying on track and getting this done.
If anyone is willing to help I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Im new to
Just remember why you started even thinking about doing this. What was it that motivated you. Try to feel or just think back to that one day, and hopefully that can keep you on track. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! We all can.
