New here and want a workout that works
I'm trying to lose some weight and am looking for a workout for cardio and toning. I try go to the gym and when i do i usually go on the elliptical machine and bike..
Anybody know a good workout plan?

workout plan
I have started spinning about 2months ago and have had great results with this. Also it is a no impact activity.

After the lockdown, online training platforms become mega-popular. At least, in my place postcodefinder.net. People still do not risk to visit gyms. Mass media keeps spreading fearing perspectives about the second wave of the coronavirus. And everybody feels safer to stay online so far. But the good thing is that many resources allowed free access to their content.
