ok!
We are in this together! I walk, I eat pretty well but the weight has caught up with me. We can do this! I'm logging everything I eat and drink. I started yesterday and I am encouraged.
What are your goals? how are you approaching weight loss?

I am just starting back... If I can just get those first 2 weeks behind me ... I'll be OK. It's making it a priority.. Can't wait til my son goes back to school. That really helps me with a work out schedule.

Good luck.. you'll do great..try not to think about it.. I always try to just show up & the rest just happens. I think it's the first few weeks of making it a habit that is hard.

Im new also!
I'm in need of some tip to help me get in shape! I am 5'10" and 180 pounds... I have my wedding coming up and I want to look fabulous! I need some advise on weight lifting and how many calories to eat everyday, people have told me not to cut back too much.... but how much is too much? Any advise will help me! Thanks!

Hello I am new
Hello my name is Aretina ( pronounced r- tina) and i am new to the site and would like to just say hello. I need help getting motivated in losing weight, but it hard becuase of my work shcedule and my job( overight baker) so i was wondering if any of you have some good advice to get me started.
