Newbie
Hi everyone. I'm new to this site and hope that I can get the motivation that I need to keep up with this plan. In the past I've been successful in losing weight. I've lost weight on Weight Watchers only to gain it back. I'm quick to help others out when they need to lose weight but for some reason this time I'm finding it hard to get motivated enough to lose the weight. I'm really good all week I do my walking, eat right, but on the weekend I blow it.

From one Newbie to another
I am also new to this website, I have struggled all of my life with weight loss. I am at my heaviest weight now and am not happy with it at all.
It is affecting every part of my life, I am really hoping to get motivated enough to stick with a plan and become healthy.. Hopefully we can both and anyone else who is struggling we can motivate one another through this challenging journey..
cheers..SB

And another newbie
This site is the best one I've found to track what I eat. I've dieted off and on forever, it seems, and at age 70 thought I knew everything I needed to know about what foods to eat and those to avoid.
Just to prove this to myself, I tracked my food intake the past week without regard to dieting. . .boy! is that an eye-opener. As much as I know better, some of my favourite diet foods are terrible in the fat department and way, way over in the sodium.
Now I have to relearn and this site may just be the right place to do it.,
I hope all newbies really track exactly what they eat and we all learn to adjust to a healthy lifestyle as a result.
Good Luck

here's to hoping
I'm new here too. I'm a type one diabetic that never previously had weight problems. Suddenly I'm almost thirty and weigh more than I want. I have enough issues that forming an actual diet is something I just can't force myself to do again. I'm hoping this site will help me track what I'm eating enough to actually lose the weight I need to....
