No equipment work out plans?
Hello! I'm just starting out and I can't seem to find any work out plans that do not involve equipment. Please help! I am very eager to get started!

Tricep bench dips, pushups, planks, lunges, crunches, squats and anything that uses your own weight.

Just go Old School.
It's amazing the kind of workout you get from good ole calisthenics and basic exercise. Google "Jack LaLanne" as you are probably a young whipersnapper and he was before your time, but he is a great example of simple physical fitness results. No fancy equiptment, or gyms, just good old hard work. I need to do some myself!
