makes me feel good sometimes to see that others are struggling....not that I want others to struggle, but gives me hope that I can fight through it too!

understand - I am not even close some days! Self-discipline is the goal and the key! Weight loss and/or fitness is still a ratio of calories "in" vs. calories "out". There is no "trick"!

Words
The words for what we're all are doing are interchangeable, diet/journey you have to do diet to make it on this journey to get healthy. Tricks/keys I think there are tricks,one of which is drinking cool water so your body will burn more calories to warm it for digestion, exercise/activity all though I think these are completely different, activity is a tool to fine tune our bodies into health maintenance and exercise is a weapon to beat our bodies back into it place/shape.
