Number of calories needed
I am very active 70 year old. Fitclick gives me a range of 1210 to 1310 per day calories. I exercise 4 timed a week two of the days are TOTAL BODY 1 HOUR WORK OUTS. I burn between 410 to 450 calories. Does anyone advise I increase my calories for that day. I loose VERY SLOW. My calorie count on Sat. and Sun. are around 1500 to 2000.
Any advice ?

Use as guideline only....
don't get to crazy. Its not just how many cals it's the quality of those cals.
