Personalized Workout Routine- Help Please
I haven't used the site in a while and I can't remember how to create my own personalized workout routine. It would ask me what type of plan I wanted, how many days of the week I wanted to go and then what exercises I wanted to do. Can anyone get me back to that? Can't find it anywhere. Thanks.

Building/Selecting Workouts
If you are trying to create your own workout, build each individual day (add exercises) on your Workout Tracker and when you are done building the days, click the "save as new plan" link. If you'd like to simply select an existing workout plan, click the "switch" link on the Workout Tracker page.

Personalized workout routine
This choice allowed me to pick what type of workout ie. cardio and strength, just cardio, just strength, then asked me if i was working out at the gym or at home or a combo then what days of the week i wanted to work out. Then it gave me a suggested workout and I could change it according to my preference. Does that sound familiar?

If you click the "switch tab" and then select the "Set Up Your Workout" option, it should take you to the desired menu.
