Pinched nerve in foot--ouch
This pinched nerve is causing me to slack up on exercising. Have any of you experienced this? Man it hurts!

pinched nerve
I have numbness in my left hand and weakness in my arm from a pinched nerve. No pain but it is really troubling. I am getting physical therapy and hoping for improvement quickly. What a coincidence that we both have this happen at the same time!

Ocuh! I use to get pinced nerves in my back. I feel your pain.
Ouch! I used to get pinched nerves in my back. It would hurt so bad, I had to take muscle relaxers for it. Once it lasted about a week. I feel your pain. I hope you start feeling better.
