Please help...
What are net calories? They are very different from my actual ones and which do you count because my net is quite a bit higher than my acutal calories.

The net calories displayed on your My Progress page is the difference between your calories consumed and calories burned. When logging into your account, your My Progress chart shows that your net calories for both May 10 and May 11 are in the negative, as indicated by the negative sign shown preceding your net calories value.
