Protein smoothies and planning ahead
I've recently started doing homemade protein smoothies as meal replacements. I am soon going to be going to work at a seasonal job, and will need to bring at least two to three weeks worth the food with me. I am wondering what your tips are on prepping smoothies in advance. I was thinking about doing ice cube trays, with cubes of juice, pureed fruit, etc. What do you suggest?

Dried fruit
what about using dried cranberries, apple or banana slices, etc? Wonder how that would do in a smoothie.....

Ice cubes would work and be a time saver.

I like the idea of dried cranberries, that would give it a kick. Thanks for the suggestion!
